Marriott International has signed an agreement with Gurnani Resorts & Hotels to introduce its global The Ritz-Carlton brand in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Ritz-Carlton in Jaipur, the 250-key resort, is expected to debut in January 2028.
With the strategic addition of The Ritz-Carlton Jaipur to the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio, the hospitality chain's presence will be further solidified, which currently has five operational hotels in the city. Anticipated to feature 250 modern guest rooms and suites, the plans further include The Ritz-Carlton lobby lounge, a destination spa, replete with an indoor pool, six eclectic casual and fine dining restaurants, meeting and event facilities.
Gurnani Group will invest over Rs 500 crore in the 250-room property and expects to operationalise the hotel by 2028. It would also tap the growing segment of social events including weddings.
The Ritz-Carlton Jaipur, with its destination-inspired design and highly personalised service is slated to be the first unique villa resort development in Rajasthan.
